Was the vibe at Gemma and Peter's beautiful springtime wedding at the Botanic Gardens!
What I loved about this day was that it really felt like it was planned to put what was most important to Gemma and Peter at the forefront - having a bloody good time with friends and family. First and foremost, we organised a first look and portraits before the ceremony - to maximise time spent with guests in the afternoon. A beautiful ceremony setup in the Rose Gardens, followed by an afternoon reception filled with speeches, champagne, canapes and lawn games.
Gemma and Peter had then booked a more intimate reception dinner at Big Poppas on Oxford St. Absolutely loved the vibe in there! So much fun and what a nice way to tie together the wedding. Free flowing cocktails and delicious food followed by a dance floor that looked like it was ready to go deep into the night.
What I loved most about this day though was just being there and capturing the spark between these two. You really could feel it in the air and it was bloody infectious!
Some words from Gemma and Peter about the day;
"I highly recommend Elliott! I’ve never been comfortable in front of a camera but Elliott made everything feel so natural and comfortable. He is passionate, fun and lovely, all of which is reflected in his work. Everyone who has seen our photos is beyond impressed with them! Thank you, Elliott. You turned one of the most nerve-wracking parts of the day into one of the best and we’ll be forever grateful!"
